WIFI Gateway, Yacht Devices YDWG02
If you wish to see marine data from a smartphone, you should choose the Wi-Fi Gateway. It can join an existing Wi-Fi network on board or establish its own. It is also a bi-directional gateway, and can also convert NMEA 2000 to NMEA 0183 and vice versa for compatibility with outdated software. The Web Gauges page of the internal website allow viewing of realtime vessel data (position, depth, wind, course and speed, engine, etc.) using a web browser on PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone. This listing is for the item on the right that connects to your NMEA2000 network.
The NMEA 2000 Wi-Fi Gateway allows you to see data from a NMEA 2000 marine digital network on a PC or smartphone. With it, you get marine network data including vessel course, speed, position, wind speed and direction, water depth, AIS messages from vessels and aircrafts and other navigation data in popular software applications.
The Device creates its own Wi-Fi network (with range of about 30 meters in open spaces) or it can be connected to an existing Wi-Fi network. In the second case, the coverage depends on coverage of the base network; laptops and PCs can be connected to Wi-Fi routers (and the Gateway) by Ethernet; and you can configure remote access to a Gateway over the Internet.
To configure the Gateway, you need any Wi-Fi enabled device (laptop or smartphone) with any web browser. The Device’s settings can be reset to the factory values using the hidden reset button. The Gateway supports TCP and UDP network protocols (both can be enabled at the same time). For UDP protocol, the number of clients (physical devices or software applications) is unlimited. The Device has a bi-directional converter between NMEA 2000 and NMEA 0183 protocol. NMEA 0183 protocol is widely supported in marine applications dating back to last millennium. So the Device is compatible with virtually all marine mobile applications (except applications especially designed for use only with specific hardware) and with most popular PC applications.
Moreover, you do not need to install applications to view realtime vessel data. We added colorful, web-based gauges to built-in administrative web site, and now you can view wind, course, speed, depth and other data right from a browser. You can customize any page’s layout and its sets of data bars. You can even watch NMEA logs! Save on apps, save on additional instrument displays and monitor your boat from your sofa with a smartphone! No internet connection is required and it is free.
The recorded .CAN file can be converted to a .DAT format and processed with software to convert NMEA 2000 data to GPX tracks, spreadsheets and other formats. Of course, it is not as convenient as recording data with the Voyage Recorder, but it is suitable for tests and trials, etc.

Exhaust Gas Sensor YDGS-01
The Sensor measures the temperature of extremely hot gases, solids and liquids within the range from 0 to +800 °C (+32 to 1472 °F). The Sensor can be configured by the user to display data as “Exhaust gas temperature”, “Air temperature”, “Heating system temperature”, “Engine room temperature”, etc. The Device is plug and play; you only need to plug it into a NMEA 2000 backbone to get readings on all chart plotters.
Rudder Adapter YDRA-01
The NMEA 2000 Rudder Angle Adapter YDRA-01 allows you to connect an existing resistive type rudder angle sensor installed on a rudder and supply NMEA 2000 autopilots, chart plotters and other devices with the rudder angle. Can be used with a rudder angle sensor with maximal resistance less than 400 Ohm, including EU or US standard sensors, and with 0-5V voltage output sensors. The Adapter can work in parallel with an existing analog gauge.
The Barometer is intended for measuring atmospheric pressure within the range from 300 to 1100 hPa (mbar). The sensor is located inside the device case. Many chartplotters and digital navigation instruments are able to display data on pressure in the form of graphs or show a trend indicator; this allows tracking of trends in the weather change. The Device dimensions, including the connector, are 54x20x20mm, the mass is only 11 grams, so it is suitable for racing yachts. Pressure data output resolution 0.01 hPa (mbar), absolute measurement accuracy is ±1 hPa, relative measurement accuracy is ±0.12 hPa.
